The team is getting good grades for its UDFA selections, most filling needs, including one of the best long snappers in the college ranks.

We break them down, one by one today. We’ll get to Russell next. Cyber space reaction is going bonkers since Rich Cimini’s Monday report— particularly Jets analysts and podcasters like Jake Asman, who don’t want anything to do with Russell.

We’ll look at the UDFA highlights first.

Louisville wide receiver Caullin Lacy, Toledo running back Chip Trayanum, and BYU kicker Will Ferrin stand out. The additions aim to boost training camp competition, particularly at wide receiver and special teams, including athletic long snapper Garrison Grimes and cornerback Mory Bamba.*
