In the Jets must-win, comeback victory over Cincinnati last week RB 1 Breece Hall had a day that quieted many trade speculators, running for 133 yards and 7.4 yards per carry, two touchdowns and a passing TD with his arm.

Still trade gossip remains.

The early season misfortunes led to initial speculation that the team’s best offensive weapon would be dealt. Entering the final year of his rookie deal, his obvious value on the open market made him a serious contender for a trade.

But that may have changed after his starring performance against the Bengals, although nothing is clear given a few mitigating factors.
